Linesight is providing Cost Management, and Consultancy services for 25-28 North Wall Quay.

Some of the key features of this refurbishment include: a new atrium, a glazed glass feature and double height entrance, expansive reception area, and an entirely new client floor at penthouse level leading to enhanced rooftop landscaped terraces and increasing the building size by 35%.

By retaining much of the existing structure, the development’s embodied carbon is significantly reduced. The clients are focused on sustainable transport and workforce well-being, and the building will include electric car charging stations, 200 bicycle spaces, over 200 lockers, a fitness room and changing facilities.
