Primark is a brand well-known throughout Ireland, the UK, and Europe and its inception into the USA has been much-anticipated. The Danbury branch was selected as the standard store prototype for Primark’s USA rollout. Linesight had been working with Primark throughout Europe for many years, and our client appointed our team to oversee this important project, which would headline its expansion into the US market.
Linesight played a vital role in the value engineering of the conceptual design, not only for this specific project, but for the standard store roll out. It is a 70,000 sq.ft. standard store, which took 20 weeks to build out. This involved the installation of new floor, wall, and ceiling finishes, a complete new MEP installation, new elevators, and mill work. In addition, there was extensive storefront redevelopment and roof works carried out to complete the project. Linesight’s extensive expertise in the retail sector, allowed for works to be carried out on time and within budget, with strategic advice provided throughout.
