Linesight is providing Cost Management services for the construction of a prominent tequila distillery campus in North America, spanning a vast 2.4 million square feet. The distillery itself will cover over 545,000 square feet, positioning it among the largest tequila distilleries in North America. 

The project is being implemented in three distinct phases, with the initial phase targeting an installed capacity of 140,000 liters per day of Tequila at 55% alcohol by volume (ABV). The ultimate design capacity is set to achieve an impressive 280,000 liters per day of Tequila at 55% ABV.

Linesight is successfully managing the complexities of operating in a new market, involving an understanding of local regulations, customs, and language barriers. We are using effective communication strategies to collaborate with local stakeholders and foster relationships with local contractors, leading to positive working dynamics and progress towards our client’s objectives.

  • Through diligent bid reviews and change order negotiations, Linesight has achieved project savings of $1.5m to date.
  • Supporting the client in constructing a third stream, which will enable a modern process aimed at enhancing the quality and consistency while streamlining the tequila distillation process.
