During the reporting year, we progressed a double materiality assessment to better understand impacts, risks and opportunities across our business and value chain. We also continued to invest in business intelligence and digital capability to support clearer decision making, stronger oversight and consistent delivery.
Linesight continues to strengthen how we measure, manage and reduce our environmental impact. Our near-term emissions reduction targets have been approved by the Science Based Targets initiative and are aligned to a 1.5°C pathway.

Linesight supports people and culture through talent acquisition, career development, learning, well-being, employee engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion and community engagement. These initiatives are designed to give employees clearer career pathways, build skills, and support long term growth across roles, disciplines, and regions.
Linesight manages quality and integrity through strong governance, clear processes, risk management, health and safety, confidentiality, information security and continuous improvement. The report highlights that quality is treated as a shared responsibility that supports consistent delivery and client trust.
Linesight’s near term emissions reduction targets were approved by the Science Based Targets initiative and are aligned to a 1.5°C pathway. These targets include reducing absolute scope one and scope two emissions by 42% by 2030 from a 2023 base year, and increasing supplier engagement on science based targets across key emissions categories.
Linesight measures and reports greenhouse gas emissions using recognised global standards and supports this data with limited assurance to ISO 14064‑3. The business also reports annually through CDP and EcoVadis, and applies ISO 14001 environmental management certification in its largest regional offices, with the same management system used across other locations.
Linesight combines mandatory and optional learning, online resources, mentoring, and structured pathway programmes to support employee development. During the reporting year, DataCamp was also made available globally to help employees build confidence in data, analytics, and other emerging digital skills as part of the wider digital transformation programme. across other locations.
Linesight supports mental health through its global BeWell programme, Employee Assistance Programme, and Mental Health First Aider training. Mental Health First Aider training is delivered with the Lighthouse Charity and helps employees recognise early signs of distress, provide initial support, and guide colleagues towards appropriate professional help.
