13-18 City Quay and Visual Control Tower shortlisted for Irish Building and Design Awards 2019

13-18 City Quay and the Visual Control Tower at Dublin Airport have both been named as finalists for the Irish Building and Design Awards 2019.  

Linesight was a part of the team that worked on 13-18 City Quay, providing Cost and Project Management services, alongside Henry J. Lyons Architects, Bennett Construction, OCSC, DBFL Consulting Engineers and I3PT. The project is shortlisted in the 'Commercial/Office Building Project of the Year' category, having previously been recognized at the RIAI Awards, the ISOVER Energy Efficiency Design Awards and as Project of the Year at the Irish Construction Industry Awards 2019.

Meanwhile, the Visual Control Tower has been named as a finalist in the 'Engineering Project of the Year' category, following its shortlisting for the Engineer’s Ireland ‘Engineering Project of the Year’ Award, which you can vote for here. Linesight provided Cost Management services on the project, alongside other team members, including Arup, Scott Tallon Walker and BAM.

The Award Ceremony will take place on Friday 29th November in Dublin.
