Linesight is delighted to announce that our pilot initiative, AI Assisted BIM and Digital Delivery Advisory or BIMbot, has won the Lean Construction Ireland Book of Cases 2025 Award!
Our AI Assisted BIMbot, currently in its testing phase, is part of Linesight’s internal research and development programme aimed at exploring the future of digital delivery. Developed by our global BIM team, BIMbot investigates how intelligent automation could support BIM workflows and improve project outcomes. It reflects Linesight’s commitment to innovation and continuous improvement in digital construction.
The trophy was presented to Simon Semaan, Senior BIM Manager and Lead Developer of BIMbot, by Emer Higgins, Minister of State at the Department of Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation, during the Lean Construction Ireland Conference.
This recognition is a testament to the incredible talent and vision of our global BIM team, and to our commitment to pushing the boundaries of technology in the built environment.
