Linesight recognised as Talent Acquisition Team of the Year at 2025 HRO Today Forum EMEA

Linesight’s Talent Acquisition team has been named Team of the Year at the 2025 HRO Today Forum EMEA Awards.

The HRO Today Forum EMEA Awards recognise organisations that are setting new standards in HR and talent leadership across the region. This award reflects the transformation of Talent Acquisition at Linesight, led by Martin Hallworth, Alistair Marshall and Emma Hargreaves, and the impact their work is having on our business and our projects.

Over the past year, the team has reshaped how Linesight attracts, engages and hires talent. Key priorities have included:

• Implementing a new talent acquisition platform that integrates with core business systems
• Accelerating hiring to support faster project mobilisation and greater agility for clients
• Enhancing the candidate experience, from first contact through to onboarding
• Supporting more diverse and inclusive hiring in key markets

The team has redesigned recruitment processes, introduced new ways of engaging with candidates, and developed real-time dashboards that give leaders clear visibility of talent pipelines and resourcing needs.

They have also partnered closely with HR, IT and L&D to upskill hiring managers, embed inclusive hiring practices and foster a culture of continuous learning across the organisation.

As a result, Talent Acquisition has evolved from a primarily transactional support function into a strategic partner, playing a central role in enabling project delivery, revenue growth and Linesight’s expansion into new markets.
