Linesight is pleased to announce two key senior appointments that further reinforce our leadership capabilities and commitment to delivering excellence in construction across Australia.
Brian Felice has been appointed as NSW Director of Cost Management, bringing over 15 years of experience delivering high-value construction projects across Australia, the UK, and Europe.
Brian has a proven track record in commercial management and project delivery, with particular expertise in large-scale developments, the majority being large, hyperscale data centre projects and the commercial sector. His strengths lie in procurement strategy, project governance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement. He holds a Bachelor of Construction Project Management from the University of Technology Sydney.
James Stokes joins us as Associate Director, based in Sydney. A Chartered Quantity Surveyor with more than 14 years of experience, James has worked on a diverse range of projects across Australia and the US. He brings deep expertise in end-to-end cost management services, including estimating, cost planning, financial reporting, value management, and contract administration.
James has successfully implemented scalable, high-impact project and cost management frameworks for some of the biggest US tech corporations. He is passionate about developing client-specific solutions and implementing best practice initiatives, to enhance the productivity, efficiency, and accuracy of project teams.
