Two Linesight projects shortlisted for the Building Project of the Year award

Linesight is proud to announce that two of the four finalists in the Building Project of the Year category at the Irish Building and Design Awards 2017 are projects on which we have worked. Vertium is the first major commercial project of this size in Dublin since the economic downturn, and Ronan Group Real Estate’s development on Burlington Road will be ready for occupation for fitting-out in the coming weeks. Our teams provided Cost Management and Project Management services on this 16,723 sq.m. (180,000 sq.ft.) building, which was delivered on time and within budget, and comfortably reaches LEED Gold status. John Sisk & Son were appointed as the main contractor on the project, with CSC as structural designers and AXIS Engineering the building services designers.

Mercer’s Institute for Successful Ageing (MISA) is a centre of excellence for the treatment and wellbeing of the elderly, and treats in excess of 16,000 patients over the age of 65 per year. The state-of-the-art facility specialises in all aspects of care for older members of the community including dementia care and is a high quality inpatient, day-care and research facility. Linesight provided Cost Management services on this project. BAM were appointed as the main contractor, and Turner & Townsend as the Project Managers.
