Work beginning on-site on high-profile Shelbourne Road

Work is beginning on the high-profile Shelbourne Road site in Dublin, beside One Ballsbridge and across from MSL Motors. Linesight is providing Cost Management services to our client, October Investments on this project, which aims to maximize the use of triangular site. To that end, the seven-storey build will extend to the boundary, making use of curved glass in the unitised façade. The 77,300sq.ft. space will be built to LEED V4 Gold standard, as well as meeting the NZEB requirements.
