‘The Crossings’ (Adamstown Station Block B, E and F)

Supporting the delivery of an urban core as part of a Strategic Development Zone

Linesight is providing full Cost Management services and Pre-Construction Project Management for a new town centre in Adamstown, which is part of the Adamstown Strategic Development zone.

The project will see the delivery of an urban core for Adamstown, and will include extensive residential, retail and public realm developments. The retail hub will provide over 10,000sq.ft. of space, comprising a large grocery store, gym, cafes, restaurants and neighbourhood retailers. The parking is provided in a multi-storey carpark above the retail anchor store over three levels, comprising of 672 spaces. The retail space will be situated around a new public plaza, including congregation and performance space.

The residential development includes 279 apartments between four and nine storeys, with associated amenities, public open spaces and landscaping, distributor roads and infrastructure.

Linesight provided full Project Management services during the masterplan development stage and up to successful granting of planning permission for Phase 1 of the development works.
