Linesight provided Cost Management services to Castleforge Partners for the refurbishment, CAT A and CAT B fit-out of the Grade 1 listed Edward Pavilion building, in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage site at Albert Dock in Liverpool.
Edward Pavilion is a 19th century warehouse with beautifully preserved original features – including cast iron columns, Victorian brickwork and barrel-vaulted ceilings. This refurbishment project required retention of these features and other historical details, within the context of a stylish and desirable office environment.
Works included the CAT A and CAT B fit-out of 70,000sq.ft. of commercial office space over four floors in the Edward Pavilion building. The fully refurbished building contains Grade A office space, with a mixture of large open-plan floor plates and a serviced office element with co-working space and amenities including café/lounge, meeting rooms, private phone booths and Wi-Fi for all tenants.
Castleforge Partners’ Clockwise at Edward Pavilion in Liverpool was awarded the Mixology North Award for Commercial Interiors Project of the Year over 30,000sq.ft. in 2019.
