Linesight is supporting a prominent financial services client on their corporate campus renovation and fit-out project. Spanning 800,000 square feet, the two campuses comprise six distinct buildings with offices spread across 34 floors.
The project aims to complete two new parking garages, providing a combined total of over 1,000 parking spaces.
This project is being executed in multiple phases, with a carefully crafted renovation plan that minimizes disruptions to our client’s workforce. The scope includes new mechanical and electrical infrastructure for both
campuses and 50,000 square feet of natural green space that promotes wellbeing. With a focus on sustainability, this project is dedicated to achieving LEED Gold.
