To meet an increasing demand from businesses, located within Melbourne’s CBD, for access to a data centre within close proximity, they developed two state-of-the-art data centre facilities 16km north west of the city.
Linesight provided full cost management and superintendent services throughout the duration of these two projects, from early concept design through to the completion of construction. These were highly complex projects, to deliver a number of critical spaces finished to high specifications and within short construction programs. Linesight’s expertise in mission critical construction projects, their comprehensive database of local construction, their services costs, and their industry leading CostX quantity measurement software ensured the delivery of both projects on time and within budget.
