Linesight has partnered with this colocation client on an ambitious multi-phase development of a data centre campus in Madrid, with a master plan comprising eight data centre buildings and a dedicated substation, targeting a total power capacity of 80 MW.

The initial phase consists of two 10 MW facilities, sharing a plot with future builds. The complexity of the site, overlapping construction zones, and a tight delivery schedule demanded expert coordination, strategic planning, and robust stakeholder management. 

Linesight has an instrumental, integrated role in navigating the complexities of this data centre build. The proactive involvement in procurement strategy, schedule assurance, and site logistics enables the client to maintain momentum on a congested, multi-phase campus, setting a strong foundation for the full 80 MW development through to 2029.
