Linesight is supporting the global rollout of a modular construction program for a confidential technology client, delivering standardized, single-story office buildings across data centre campuses worldwide. These offices are designed to scale with site capacity and are constructed using modular and prefabricated methods to accelerate delivery and reduce environmental impact.
Since the program’s inception, Linesight has played a central role in shaping the cost and procurement strategies, ensuring consistency and financial efficiency across all locations. Our team supports the client from early planning and design development through to execution, helping refine the modular approach and streamline global deployment.
Each office follows a standardized footprint delivered in three phases to align with site power availability. The buildings include workstations, conference rooms, mini kitchens, and parking, with flexibility built in for future expansion. Key components, including MEP racks and office modules, are prefabricated off-site and assembled on-site to reduce waste, improve quality, and shorten timelines.
To date, the program has delivered over 879k+ sq.ft. of office space globally, with a total program value of $895m+. The success of the initial North American rollout has validated the model and enabled rapid expansion across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
