Linesight was engaged by one of the leading biotechnology companies in the world to provide commercial and project controls services for their portfolio of projects in Singapore. The confidential client’s portfolio comprised a single product facility, a new manufacturing support building, approximately 4,000 sq.ft. biologics lab, a waste water treatment plant, and a training and biologics testing facility.
Linesight worked closely with the client to develop a detailed project plan and scope of work to ensure on time and within budget project delivery. The team developed a comprehensive cost estimate, taking into account all labour, materials, equipment, and other expenses associated with the project.
Monitoring project progress and performance also involved tracking key performance indicators, such as schedule adherence, cash flow and cost position. We also set the scene for transparency by keeping the client informed of the project’s status through regular reports and update meetings.
Linesight’s life sciences sectoral expertise, both locally and globally, was instrumental in helping the client manage their portfolio with confidence.
