Life sciences benchmarking program welcomes five new members

iences benchmarking program welcomes five new members

Linesight’s Life Sciences Benchmarking Program continues to grow, with five leading organizations joining the community between 2025 and 2026: Zoetis, Fujifilm, Novo Nordisk, Boehringer Ingelheim and Novartis.

Their participation further strengthens a program built around collaboration, shared learning and industry insight. The addition of these organizations expands the breadth of experience within the community and reinforces the program's position as a trusted forum for life sciences capital project professionals.

A growing community of industry leaders

Linesight’s Life Sciences Benchmarking Program brings together 27 organizations from across the global life sciences sector. Members contribute data, share experiences and exchange insights to help improve project outcomes across the sector.

More than a benchmarking initiative, the program has become a highly engaged community. Members collaborate on the challenges shaping the future of life sciences facilities, from cost escalation and supply chain pressures to schedule certainty, sustainability and emerging delivery models.

By combining benchmarking data with peer-to-peer engagement, participants gain valuable insight into how projects are performing across the market and where opportunities exist to improve.

Turning data into better decisions

The program provides members with access to benchmarking intelligence across a range of project types and capital investment programs. Member data is securely managed, anonymized and aggregated before insights are shared, protecting confidentiality while enabling meaningful comparisons.

This helps organizations:

  • Compare project performance against industry peers
  • Improve cost and schedule predictability
  • Identify trends affecting capital delivery
  • Support data-driven decision-making
  • Share lessons learned with fellow industry professionals

As investment across the life sciences market continues to evolve, access to reliable data and trusted industry perspectives has never been more important.
