Global construction consultancy Linesight has announced the promotion of Gary Devenney to Vice President, Americas Estimating, supporting the organization’s continued growth across the region.
Gary’s appointment strengthens Linesight’s estimating leadership across the Americas and reinforces the organization’s focus on supporting clients delivering complex, large-scale programs, particularly in the data centers and advanced technology sectors.
Gary brings over three decades of experience at Linesight, with deep expertise across cost management, estimating, commercial leadership, and client advisory. Since relocating to the US from Ireland, he has played a key role in supporting the growth of one of Linesight’s major data center clients over a 12-year period. More recently, he has built and led estimating teams across high-tech industrial and data center programs, strengthening Linesight’s capability in some of the region’s most demanding project environments.
As Vice President, Americas Estimating, Gary will lead Linesight’s estimating capability across the region, supporting client engagement, strengthening team performance, and helping ensure consistent delivery across mission-critical and advanced technology programs.
