It was an incredible night for Linesight at the RICS South Asia Awards 2026, with two of our people recognised at the official Dinner and Presentation Ceremony in Bengaluru.
Held at the JW Marriott UBCity on 23 September, the ceremony brought together built environment professionals from across South Asia to recognise outstanding achievement across the industry.
Sunjaay Athanki MRICS, Director, was named Construction Professional of the Year, while Tushar Panda, Senior Manager, was Highly Commended in the Emerging Achiever of the Year category.
The RICS Awards recognise individuals and teams making a significant contribution to the built environment, celebrating professional excellence, leadership and positive impact across the industry.
Sunjaay’s award recognises his extensive experience across international markets and his leadership of teams supporting projects across data centres, life sciences, airports, hospitality and commercial developments. His contribution extends beyond project delivery, with a strong focus on developing future leaders, promoting innovation and strengthening professional standards across the industry.
Sunjaay Athanki commented:

Tushar was Highly Commended in the Emerging Achiever of the Year category, recognising his strong commercial judgement, practical approach and contribution to complex projects across the region. With almost 13 years of experience, he combines hands-on project knowledge with a focus on value, accountability and long-term outcomes, while also contributing to mentoring, collaboration and professional development within the industry.
Tushar Panda added:
“I am delighted to receive a Highly Commended recognition in the Emerging Achiever of the Year category. It is a privilege to be recognised alongside so many talented professionals from across the industry. I am grateful to my colleagues and mentors at Linesight for their support and for the opportunities to keep learning, taking on new challenges and contributing to the successful delivery of our clients’ projects.”
The recognition follows Linesight being named as a finalist in three categories across the 2026 RICS Awards in Asia-Pacific. Alongside Sunjaay and Tushar’s recognition in South Asia, our Australian team was also shortlisted for Quantity Surveying Team of the Year at the RICS Australia Awards.
