Linesight has been a key partner to Macquarie University, providing technical MEP Project Management across a diverse portfolio of building services upgrades and critical infrastructure works.

Our role has supported the delivery of internal services fit-outs, base build central plant upgrades, district plant reconfiguration and electrification projects on multiple teaching and research buildings that align with the University’s long term strategic and sustainability goals.

We provide end-to-end project management from inception through to handover and have repeatedly led projects through complex, high risk activities including building and services shutdowns, after hours works and crane lifts for major plant & equipment.

With strong capability in services coordination and construction management, we remain forward looking and maintain programme in live environments while minimising project risk and disruption to teaching and research.

Alongside core MEP works, we have delivered campus wide access control upgrades and lift modernisation projects, ensuring safety, continuity of services and stakeholder buy in.

For Macquarie University, this partnership delivers tighter programme and cost control, stronger risk management and consistently higher quality outcomes
